Anyone that can help,

We are running a Windows NT Server network, and I am having problems with a few of my usernames. What is happening is that when they try to login into a Windows 2000 machine, it will let them login just fine, however it will be a blank screen. So what I have to do is Cntl+Alt+Delete, and go to the Task Manager and run explorer.exe manually. Once I do this all icons and taskbar will appear. Does anyone know a silution for this. Please Help.

Tom

I had run in to the same problem with a W2k workstation machine. I was unable to find a solution, and being pressed for time (as usual) I just formatted and reloaded from scratch. Aside from a bad CD-ROM drive the system has been running problem free for over six months.
