How to run a .exe on a Remote PC vi

Ok I would like to setup a .exe on Some Remote PC's via NetBios. I have access and can see/upload files Via NetBios Session/My Comp (New Drive) etc, but when i try to run the .exe its running it on my pc, also same when trying to access remote PC's registery. My intent is not Distructive of anytype.

Does anyone have the kno how who can help me?

add tcp/ip to both PCs. Use remote control software (e.g. VNC) or alternatively utilise NT resource kit
