how to restrict relay in winnt

hai i am using winnt 4.0 with microsoft exchange server 5.5. actually our main mail server is located on other place.we are receiving from that mail server only. we have configured internet mail service in order to receive mails from main server. administrator of main server reported that they are receiving junk mails from our exchange server. he asked me to block relay on our exchange server. we are using service pack 4 for our exchange server. i cannot find any relay option in internet mail service properties dialog box. so please help me where to block relay.
