How to get cpu's info remotly

I want to know how i can get, in a remote way, the following features of pc's running wnnt and w95 : processor type, velocity, physical memory. And if it has an internal modem or cd rom, its velocity.
I have wnnt 4.0 and i have Resource kit.

In the run command type:

winmsd \\thecomputername

This will give you all info you requested on the WinNT box.
