How to deny change IP for user?

Hi all, i have problem: How to lock one IP address for one machine? Exist any kind of software for this? or any feature in NT domain? Thanks in advance.

Regular Users don't have the privileges to change and IP or to even look at the properties in TCP/IP. If you don't give Admin rights, then you shouldn't have a problem.

Or, you can use the software on the other end so that a machine's ID (Ethernet Address) will only work in that particular port.
