How to create bootable CD for Windo

OS: Windows NT 4.0 Server
CPU/Ram: PIII 450 MHz, 64 MB RAM

Does anybody know how to create a bootable CD ROM for Windows NT 4.0 Server? I have searched on the internet and the instructions exist for Windows 2000, but I was not able to find instructions for Windows NT 4.0 Server.
