How to connect 2 PC via Parallel Cable?

I want to connect win9* and NT4 via a parallel cable to transfer files between them. How do I do that? I knwo how to do it via a serial cable but I can only get it to work at 19.200 Baud which is slow.

NT will not allow this via parallel Cable. Be kind, get two nics.
