How to change network card speed ?

I've got 2 IBM network cards on my PDC. The first one for the Internet is on 100 Mbps Full Duplex and the second, for the LAN is on 100 Half Duplex. Do you know how to change these settings ? There are on reasons for the NIC facing the Internet to be 100 full and the one for the LAN should be as fast as possible.

are they not autosense?, what model are they? do they have a setup/config utility?...

you may have it plugged into a hub/switch that runs only half-plex ?
