If your Domain is set to lockout accounts after a set amount of incorrect logins, is there any way of setting one account so that it cannot be locked?

I don't think so, account policies are global. But, depending on your reason there is always a workaround. Like the lockout duration setting or creating a backdoor account in case an administrative account is locked. Good Luck!
