assuming you cannot run ipconfig from the start/run command ?

Just email yourself right click the message and select properties/details it shows the originating ip of the email

assuming dns or wins is working you can ping your machine name from the cmd prompt and it will return your ip address.

Go to Command Prompt and just type IPCONFIG.
