Comment:
I am running MS Small Bus Server (Nt4.0) and IIS 4.0. I have a static IP and am hosting one web page and registered it as (ie www.webpage.com). If i want to host another page for example www.webpage2.com. Do i have to obtain another IP address from my ISP? Or is there another way. I dont want to have www.webpage2.webpage.com Looking for a little direction. Thanks in advance.

In order for your NT server to be able to tell the difference between the two web sites, you'll need to have a different IP address set up for the new domain. Then you config your NT server to respond to both IP addresses (network config/protocols/tcp-ip) then you configure IIS to have a default web site for the 2nd ip address.

I disagree with the above response. The way I think you shoud do it is using host headers on IIS. This allows you to have multiple sites (www.ddd.com) on one server.
Not an expert on this but I believe this is the best option for you.
Contact your ISP, they should be able to help.

Yeah use host headers. If you do it the way the first suggestion was told then you will be spending a fortune on ip address's. Host headers let you have hundreds of sites on 1 ip. Pretty cool. I believe Linux is where you need more ip's but im not sure.

host header will help only as far as different host on the same web site are concerned. for e.g. if you have www.mysite.com and now you want mark.mysite.com only in such case will the host header will be useful.
