Comment: I am running win nt 4.0 workstation sp6 Fooling around with the settings I changed the network setings from a domain to workgroup then rebooted. At the logon screen I am asked to enter a username and password for the machine. When I enter my username and password an error mesage appears saying. they are invalid. I am now locked out of the machine. Is there any workaround to gain access????

Reply: (edit)after install NT 4 worksation on boot up I have got password(administrator) error.I am aware of caps lock etc.
is there any way we can any boot win boot disk to go c:\ and cahge password

i am running in win-NT problem that
i lost the password of win-nt
so if it is possible to find the loophole of win-NT
user id =administrator
password=
domain-domain
i use upper and lower case letter but they don't enter in winnt say invalid apssword
