Help Please !!! No Computer Name in Network NeighbourHood

Some one please help me in the problem that I face.
I have installed NT 4.0 Server on my computer without network card. Now I want that my computer name should appear when I browse my network neighbourhood. However it does not.

Yes you can by installing "MS Loopback Adapter"
