I have problem with mouse when i install internal HSP modem to my computer.It cannot detect mouse.Modem detect and don't have any conflict st system hardware but not working also.
Only i have disable HSP internal modem then my Mouse can working and functioning good.
Hope u can help me to solve this problem.

IRQ conflict. If you mouse is on COM1 and your modem is on COM1 there is a conflict.
