GSNW and Terminal Server

We are running a citrix metaframe connection to NT terminal server and we run an application on the TS. We also have a Novell 5 server. Our issues are that when users are connected, we find that a Novell login prompt on the TS will show up from time to time with different users names in the prompts, we find usually after this the spooler service stops responding, printers drop and we need to restart the service and users are able to print. Would adding GSNW help our printing issues? Login promts?? I thank all that can help....Cheers!! Should this be in the Novell forum?
