If you search through this forum you will find many questions and answers about this subject. Basically you need a special bootdisk to enable you to crack the admin password. Take a look at this site:-
There are others too, try a search with www.google.com using "crack NT4 admin password"

use the search facility on this forum (top of page); use the search string/term/phrase:
lost password
and choose to search under NT - and then search again under W2K.
You will get numerous previous posts dealing with this issue. They will detail many/varied solutions.
