Does anybody know how to install a font manually in NT4?

I have tried putting a registry entry into the HKLM-Software-Windows NT-CurrentVersion-Fonts key. The font then appears in the Fonts folder and I can open it up, etc. but it doesn't appear in the font list of any application (including the "similarity" drop-down list within the font viewer).

I need to install some fonts to 30+ workstations and I would prefer to run a batch file rather than have to go to each PC individually.

Thanks in advance.
