Folder Size Setting

sir,
I am using NT Server 4.0 and I want to
restrict the size of the folder (growth in size), which is used by the users.

This is referred to as quota management. This could only be achieved in NT with 3rd party software like Quota manager and others. Web search will provide places to purchase.
