Floppy Drive not working

Hello I need some help. I am running NT 4.0 with SP6 on a computer. The computer is a couple months old, and just recently the A: floppy drive stopped working, the icon does not show up on MyComputer, it is enabled in the BIOS. I am getting no error messages or anything either. I tried changing the cable and the floppy drive, but still same thing. I am assuming then that the controller is bad? Does anyone know what went wrong?

Looks like this isn't an NT issue. You should contact the computer manufacturer, or the reseller, and ask them if they've seen similar behavior on other system units which are "...only two months old."
