File transfer error

Hi, some file would copy to my NT server every night, but recently, some file can't copy to NT server, and the popup show: The system was attemping to transfer file form buffers to \Device\Harddisk3\partition\Department\abc.jpg. The write operation failed. And then the file can't copy to the NT server, event i try to chkdsk all disk, the problem still here, so, what should I do??
