The 2 are not compatible. And there is no software to make them so as far as i know.

Actually, one does exist. However, it is limited in its functionality. "FAT32 for NT" allows NT read-only access to a FAT32 partition. If you want read/write access, you'll have to buy another app. Also, you won't be able to boot NT from a FAT32 partition, even if you use it.

The new NT, is fully functional with fat32 (Win 2000).....
And if you thought win 2000 was going to replace 9x, you were wrong, microsoft are now developing windows millieum.....Because 2000 isn't as PNP as they would have liked

The Fat32 for WinNT is a fully functional program that allows for reading, writing, and disk checking of a Fat 32 partition through Windows NT.
