I installed Winnt 4.0 and create a partition of 4 gig (cause that's all it allows you to) and chose ntfs as my file system. When I try to extend the volume set from Disk Administrator, I get an error message saying "Disk Administrator cannot extend the partition containing Windows NT system files". Can anyone please help me, I'm running out of room on my hard drive and I don't want to create a new drive with the free space available.

How many partitions do you have? You can't use the system partition in set. Give us a little more information on what exactly you are doing.

I only have one partition, thats the C drive (4 gigs). I have 2 gigs of free space left. I want to make my C drive into 6 gigs.
