Ok I have a cable modem plugged directly into my server on one NIC card

Domain plugs into another NIC

I am using Microsoft Proxy 2.0 to share connection

I can successful connect through all machines on the network to the internet

I set up Microsoft Exchange Server and can email everyone in the Network and Can send email to outside email address and Internet address.

My problem is I can not go out and receive my email accounts off POP3 servers like for example yahoo.com which is pop.mail.yahoo.com

I am thinking it has something to do with the proxy not allowing it to access because I can send out.

Can anyone help me on this issue?

You probably need to download the POP3 mail connector for exchange from microsoft--exchange does not handle POP3 well by default. the connector is easy to install and configure, i have used it in 3 or 4 different networks
