Exchange server not sending mails

my exchange server is taking incoming mails, but it is not sending mails outside. we have registed with ISP.

Plz check ur SMTP settings ( out going mailserver) will be provided u r ISP

Thank you for your reply. I configured the SMTP, and forwared delivery to the host ip adress given by isp. I am able to receive mails but i am not able to send mails. I think i missing some settings. Could you please guide me step by step.
