Exchange Client - Outlook will not open

Comment:
I have two Exchange Clients that get errors when trying to open Outlook (set up as Corprate or Workgroup). One is on Win98, the other on XP Pro. Errors are: Unable to open default email folder. Or: Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Or: The Information Store could not be opened.
Until I can fix this they are using Outlook Express successfully. I have five other Exchange Clients having no problems using Outlook. Any info appreciated!

I would get that message if the user logged on is not the same user name for the email account. Check to see who is actually logged on and make sure it is the same name as the email account.

I have the Logon network security set to None in the Microsoft Exchange Server properties of the profile so that they are forced to put in their password when opening their email. That is working on 95% of my machines but I have one that still will not open up the default mail folders. She is totally unable to read her mail unless she uses our web mail. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with an idea of how to overcome this.
