I have an issue with a user that runs a program that as it opens does a net use of LPT1 to a Novell print queue. This was working fine for a long time but now when the user tries to print, they get "Error writing to LPT1 for document no document name". Any ideas?

Error in LPT! printer does not have paper. This not so and I can't get the printe to work. Also I have had the printer for a year it works sometimes and others not. It is a648C and is listed nowhere just 600 or 630 Please advise desparate. Braf chandler
