Greetings!
Recently I installed a new server to replace our existing server. During installation I selected BDC for the new server. After copying files/folders to the BDC and promoting it to the PDC I removed the old PDC from the domain. The problem I have is during the logon. A user is unable to view any of the folders on the PDC and receives the message "This request is not accepted by the network". If they are a member of the Administators group the can gain access to these folder but only then. Otherwise, they can browse any of the workstations and other resources on the domain except the PDC folders. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecialted!

I got the same the when I installed a new server here, but I used a Not For Resale version of nt ( wrong cd ). The only way I found around the thing is to reload nt with a legit copy of nt ( big pain in the A## ). I hope you can find a quicker and more painless way around the problem. I spent almost a week searching with no success.
