I replaced the mouse but the cursor still occasionally jumps erratically, forcing a re-boot. The user reports that the problem seems to occur only when working from within a shared network folder. Any help would be appreciated since I'm the only "Tech Support Guy" in our very impoverished research facility. Thanks!
