erase NT net messages

Hi,
I need to know how to erase the messages on my net send, it shows up on the run drop down menu and i want to erase that from my work computer.

I dont have a NT box in front of me but try clearing it from the task bar properties like you do with 2K/xp/2K3. If this option isnt there, you may have to clear the cache manally in the recent folder (if that is even there as that may only be on newer ones).

Really easy if you can DL/install software - grab ad-aware and run a quick scan. See those MRU "safe - no threat" objects? delete these and your problems will go away - it will also delete your ie history while you were looking for the download link. Handy that!
alternately run regedit and alt-f search "most recently used" through whole registry deleting all the keys that have this in them. This will not break your PC, MRU's are fine to remove.
