Comment: hi all, got a problem with a epson scanner on nt4. model GT-7000. It will only work locally for the user who installed it... any other user who logs on locally can not access it. have tired giving provilieges to the relvant folders but to no avail.. please help................................

Reply: (edit)Did you install it with administrator? If yes check the services to see if the SCSI controller service is owned by admin only... if not, do it from admin.
