I am running NT4.0 w/ SP6 on a Compaq 4000 6333. Installed Easy CD Creator 3.5 (Came w/ HP 9200i CD-RW)and get following error:
Creatr32.exe - Entry point not found the procedure entry point UnMapLS could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll
I have seen this error before with other programs but I don't know what causes it or how to fix it.
* I have spent 4 hrs w/ HP support to no avail.
Any ideas?

try this, and ignore that it applies to other software.

Q:On NT, I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.5, and I got a dll error message thatsaid a symbol could not be located in a dll. What's wrong? A:If you get an error message like this one during or immediately afterupgrading: "The Procedure entry point_PR_acceptread could not be located in the dynamic link library nspr20adm.dll" you'll need to use the following workaround: 1) If the install task is still running and you cannot proceed afterclicking OK, then kill the install task from the task manager.2) Rename the dll in question and then reinstall 3.5 in order to forcethe dll to be upgraded. For example, if you see the above errormessage, rename nspr20adm.dll in the system32 directory to nspr20adm_save.dll. Then begin the installation process again.
