After upgrading to Service Pack 4 or 5, each time when I shut down, I get the following error message: "drwtsn32.EXE -dll initialization failed The application failed to initialize because the workstation is shutting down" and the computer hanged.
I chech the Dr Watson Log file and I find: "netscape.dbg C0000005 css: FreeNode (005f8075)" How can I fix this?

Have you tried to uninstall Netscape then reboot the NT box? Then having to try your NT box out without Netscape. See if you still have a conflict with Netscape. What version of Netscape are you using? See if Dr Wats still picks up anything after uninstalling Netscape. If this works then get the latest Netscape version 4.7 if you dont already have it. You can download it at
