Hi i have downloaded Napster 3 times and each time after my computer restarts, i start it up, redial to the net and click on the napster icon and all i get is Dr. Watson. i hit ok and i lose my napster screen. please help me fix this.

I tried but disabling Dr. Watson is more difficult than it seems and i guess i just don't know enough about computers. and i don't want to risk messing up my computer. thanks for your help anyway.
