Can anyone tell me where to find this driver (1)Intel 8255x-based PCI Eathernet Adapter 10/100. Already looked at driverguide.com and Intels site and cant find it anywhere.

you can find it at the intel site at http://support.intel.com/support/network/adapter/pro100/21397.htm
look for id 352509-003
the file name is 100PDMI2.exe
