Drive Image 2002 on NT Server

I purchased Drive Image 2002 and now I am trying to install it on NT Server. The installation program says that it can't install on NT Server only the workstation. Because of the nature of the computer we really use it as a workstation. Regardless, I figure there must be a workaround to install this software. Re-install the OS is not an option, as the computer is used for laboratory research and we can't take the risk of messing up any settings. Any suggestions? Or is more info needed?

Drive Image is a client software, not Server software. For a server, you'll need PowerQuest V2i Protector or Volume Manager.

Yes, but I wasn't too thrilled about the idea of paying $900 when the $70 software seems sufficient. Isn't NT Server and Workstation the same kernel and everything. So it seems that I should be able to install Drive Image, or is there something I am missing?
