Dr. Watson running Citrix on Windows NT 4.0

Comment:
We are having problems running the Citrix client v.4.21.779 on a Windows NT 4.0 with SP6. We are connecting to a remote Citrix server for the use of certain applications. The Dr. Watson error is generated from the wfica32.exe and wfcrun32.exe application files. When the user receives the GPF they are kicked out of their active session but have no problems reconnecting. This will happen inconsistently over a period of time, they may receive it 2-3 times a day for a week then not see it for another 3 weeks. Is there any way we can stop the Dr. Watson error?

1. Please make sure there is no application running on server causing potentially the error. We were encountering the DR. Watson error in the same environment almost randomly. Then we have detected that one of Sheridan components used by our app has outdated mfc library and ocx files. By the way, certain components are not certified at all to work in Citrix environment.
2. According to white papers the Dr. Watson should not be enabled on NT in Citrix environment. If you need to know how to disable it please contact me via e-mail.
