Hi All: I'm a system admin. I am getting 2 Dr. Watson errors: 1: store.exe Exception: access violation 0xc0000005
Ok-I haven't been able to look at the drwtsn.32 log file yet (error occuring on different machine not in office). The store.exe error doesn't bother me as much as the event viewer error. I have been at Microsoft's site forever trying to dig some info on the eventvwr message with no luck. Any advice, Pleeeezzzzeeee!?!

The thing to look at is what happened prior to these erros occurring? What changes have been made to the system? Changes to the config? Software installed? Service packs and/or Hotfixes applied? Hardware/drivers added?
How long has it been going on? Check through the event viewer logs and see what errors are occurring there as there may be more useful info in there. Like all problems, it's a matter of eliminating probable causes. Good hunting.

Look at your event viewer and list what events ( by ID # ) that are ocurring and we'll help narrow down the cause.
