right after booting the server ( nt4.0/sp5 ) i get a dr. watson access violation error in 'smartagent.exe'. at first i thought that this had something to do with the software that loads with my 2 3com nics ( 3c905 ), but i am not sure. also, when i run the dr. watson utility it says that no faults have occured, even though the error message popped up and said that the error was being logged. i have not used the dr. watson utility before though. i downloaded the latest drivers for my 3com 3c905 cards. also, i was unable to find any references to the 'smartagent.exe' that the error refers to in either the microsoft or 3com knowledgebases. thanks again ...
