Dos script, PLEASE HELP!

Hi! can you please help me to write Dos program:
I need to find in C:\data all subdirectories named xml ( they are all like c:\data\ma\xml, c:\data\ym\xml )& copy each of those subdirectories to new location like
c:\data\target\ma1\backup\xml , c:\data\target\ym1\backup\xml .
I am not programmer at all, but if I should could an example....:)

Hi Linda,

xcopy c:\data\xml c:\target\ /s

::====
Notice that the "target" is not within the original "c:\data"
directory.

If it was, it would sometimes work and sometimes fail because of recursion.

Different versions of xcopy behave differently.
