Domain Trust Relationships and WINS

I've just set up a VPN between two lab locations for my company. The VPN works fine, and all computers at either side of the tunnel can ping each other.
We have two NT servers that are on different subnets and different NT domains. The end result is that we want to set up a trust relationship between them, so we can share the network resources between us. The WINS server running on each of these machines seem to be having trouble communicating. Even though they are both set up as push/pull partners, no information is being deposited in the other servers database. When trying to set up a trust relationship, I get an 'Access Denied' when trying to put the other domain as trusted. Without putting a static route into the WINS database to the other WINS server, the error message says that the computer can't find the domain controller. Bother systems are running NT 4.

Just add in the Lmhosts entry because when doing the trusting across the two different networks the server find another domain through resolving the lmhosts or wins.In case wins can't resolved then lmhosts will help to resolve .
