Does NT support APM and Wake On LAN?

Hello,
Need to know if there is a way of putting NT 4.0 workstation with Service Pack 6A into a standby (APM) mode. We are wanting to have NT go to sleep and then be able to woken up using a Magic Packet (Wake On LAN).
Is any of this possible. I know it is possible under Windows 2000, 98 & 95.
