You must be joking, there is no idle.dll in a Windows NT system. Probably you are mixing up some things. There is an idle process in taskmanager.

It looks like alot of people have deleted there IDLE.DLL file, but noone seems to know how to get it reinstalled. I've also done the same I guess, some how all I know is that it keeps coming up everytime I boot up my computer. And I can't get the stupid messenger to work either, so does anyone really know how to get it back? If you do please e-mail me...
