I recently have run into a display problem. I am running NT with service pack 6. Dual 350 Mhz and 256 Ram. When I move windows (or anything) around there is this strange static around the object being moved. The static only happens as I drag things around and it doesn't seem to effect anything else. I tried changing the refresh rate and resolution, but that didn't help. Any ideas what's going on.
