Display Issue

I posted this question a while ago and I thought I had the problem beat but it seems to have reared it's ugly head again. Since using WinVNC to remote into the machine I am missing the top portion of the screen. I have manipulated the on-screen monitor controls and the display properties to no avail, as well as re-installing the Matrox G400 video adaptor. Does anybody have any other ideas (reinstalling the SP won't work as I do not have access to it).

sp can downloaded off the www - still at M$ too (I think)...

Not sure what's going otherwise...

you dont have acces to the SP? you dont have internet connectivity or a burner?
