DISK FAILURE after Setup Files

OS: Windows NT4 Workstation
CPU/Ram: P3 800Mhz

This for my unattended project, it was working fine yesterday, but now after I install the Files from the PDC to the Remote computer, after boot up it doesnt detect my hard drive anymore. I switched computers around the lab and I get the same error. (All computers in the lab are exactly the same)

Any ideas why? doesnt make sense that it copies the files to the hard drive, and after reboot the CMOS doesnt detect the hdd anymore.
