didnt know it had any... maybe some third party software creating this.. look through the control panel. unless you just speaking of the montore.. look under display, and screensaver.. and energy saver *should* be there for your monitor.
Only other thing that comes to mind is these energy saving features may be in the bios. check there as well to see if you have power saving features turned on.
