Sorry Kevin, I don't thin so. There is no support for direct x in NT. Try W2K, but I think they gave up on direct x there too.

I agree w/ nt4.0 but I think W2k will support directx7.0 and up.

I'm searching for the same thing but on microsofts homepage they say that 4.0 doesn't support higher than DX3 but Win2k supp 7.0

you are all being stupid, win2k sux for many reasons there fore continue to run NT4 sometime there will come directX (some high number) for winNT just wait and see, btw there is a directX 5 for NT

Same thing, I don't think there is any direct X drivers for NT. I can't play anything either. If anyone finds E-mail me pls

Damn, I was looking forward to playing MegaMan X2. Oh well, I guess I can wait two weeks. My search will continue, and if I find it, I'll tell it here.

Okay, here's what I found. It says, on the directx site, that 6.0 is the latest released version for NT. You can wait, and maybe 9.0 will be for NT as well as the rest of the OS's.
