I set a picture as wallpaper(in Windows NT) and
I want that icon names in desktop have the same
background color of the picture.
How can I do this?

you have a corrupt profile..just delete the profile and let nt create a new one for you next time you logon..don't forget though, you will lose anything left in you "my documents" and on the desktop..don't forget to move anything you want to save somewhere esle before you do it..good luck dave
