Have a problem. Need to upgrade several hundred Users from NT to XP. In order to make the transition as painless as possible we have been instructed to migrate User "profiles" to their new hardware, which will run XP. We've figured out everything but how to keep their icons in their old, familiar positions on the new desktop.
Anyone have a clue about this one?
