DELPART command?

I can't seem to delete the Extended Dos Partition, I've downloaded Delpart to a floppy. I'm booting a winNT with a w98 startup disk. I can get into bios, and safe mode,ect. When do i put the delpart floppy in the A drive and what command to i use when promped to start the program A:/? Thanks in advance
I've tried Fdisk it only deleted one drive

Copy delpart to your win98 boot disk and boot from it.
Then type delpart,that's it.
I hope that you know that delpart will delete all partitions on all HDD's you have attached to your system instantly.
Also,when you run it it will seem like nothing got done,but in fact everything is gone.
